AWAKEN YOUR INNER MUSE
Come as you are - tender, tired, tangled or traumatized.
Leave as who you were always meant to be. Truly you and truly happy.
THE TRUTH
Healing yourself is a tender act of courage and deep, profound self love.
If you've ever:
-
Been left and wondered as if it was your fault
-
Wanted to disappear but didn't
-
Felt anxious for no obvious reason
-
Believed your life was a series of mistakes and bad decisions
-
Or cried on the floor because you were too tired to rebuild again
I have lived it. All of it. Many times. And I'm still standing. In fact, I am happier now than I have ever been, thriving.
I am not a coach. I am not a brand.
I am not a woman wrapped in curated spirituality and pretty mantras.
I am a woman who has died a thousand small deaths and each time refused to become bitter.
I chose love. I chose light.
I chose to roast my broken heart over the fire, like a marshmallow, until it cracked and melted, trusting that the pieces know how to become something even more beautiful.
I have built oases in deserts.
Sanctuaries from silence.
And a voice from ash.
I guide and support those who are ready to go deeper and meet themselves in the middle of it all.
I am here to help you release the emotional, ancestral, or karmic imprints, that are holding you back from living a joyful life with clarity, vitality, and purpose.

THE COMMUNITY
In individuality, we find ourselves, in community we find our home.
Sometimes healing can be a lonely endeavor. Especially in times like right now, where this word feels heavy - with too much conflicts, disconnection, noise, chaos, fear.
I felt called to create something different — a space that feels like a breath of fresh air.
The Alchemist Muse Virtual Sanctuary, is a Telegram Channel, created for nourishment, inspiration, pause, and positivity.
A safe place where the world is still okay.
Imagine if the daily news whispered poetry instead of war updates. Imagine if your phone fed you gentleness instead of urgency. If you scrolled not through comparison, but through reminders of beauty, of being, of love. A space that doesn’t demand your attention, but offers you something gentle and meaningful when you need it. A space that doesn’t ask you to be more — but invites you to simply be - with small rituals, soft words, and soul-nourishing practices.
This is not another self-help feed for the “already healed” or the spiritual elite. It’s a virtual sanctuary where everyone is welcome. Healed or still healing, spiritual seekers and scientists, hippies and aristocrats.
Feel free to join the Telegram Channel here: https://t.me/thealchemistmuse
A HEALER DOES NOT HEAL YOU, BUT GUIDE YOU TO HEAL YOURSELF.
ABOUT ME
Intuitive Healer. Specialized in Trauma Release. Author. Speaker. Poet. Friend.
I have walked through childhood abandonment, family betrayal, heartbreak, loss, grief, burnout, and reinvention more times than I can count. I did not study trauma. I became it.
A first suicide attempt at fifteen. At eighteen, I lost everything: forever abandoned by my own father, I lost my family identity, my roots, my home. I was the cuckoo born into a golden cage and thrown out before my wings could form. I was punished and abandoned for speaking my truth. It was the first of many erasures—but not the last.
In the years that followed, I was raped, exiled, used, discarded. I started to travel the world chasing healing—through teachers, lovers, shamans, and ceremonies. I screamed my pain into the jungle, burned it in ritual fires, drank it in bitter cups of plant medicine, endured physical pain to sooth the deep loneliness and emotional devastation.
I was abandoned in love just as I had been in childhood—again and again. Each relationship mirrored the same wound: you are too much, and never enough. Each heartbreak reaffirmed what I had been taught without words - life is hard, love is conditional, presence is temporary, and safety is an illusion. And still, I kept my heart open. I chose forgiveness over hate, and acceptance over revenge. I drank wine and whisky until the heart stopped hurting. Until one day, I didn’t.
I am not interested in selling the illusion of a perfect, healed life. I have built oases in deserts for decades. Sanctuaries from silence. And a voice from ash. My name means grace and strength. My work is not a performance. It is the result of surviving what tried to break me from childhood on, and learning to transmute pain into wisdom, power, beauty, and love.
I hold sacred space for people ready to meet themselves on a deeper level. I will pick you up from the middle of the story. From the scar that still itches. From the space between breakdown and breakthrough.
My approach is gentle but honest, spiritual yet grounded, always shaped by real life and nervous system awareness.
My sessions combine different methods for maximum benefits.
I am a certified and experienced practitioner in several trauma release methods, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), TFT (Thought Field Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), and Access Bars. My practice is rooted not only in formal training, but in years of personal integration and lived experience with each modality.
In addition, I am certified in Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yin Yoga, Somatic Meditation, traditional Yoga, Reiki, Herbalism, and Aromatherapy. I work intuitively, drawing from both ancient wisdom and science-based nervous system approaches to create safe, embodied spaces for healing.
I work intuitively with pure essential oils and plant energy, letting nature co-create the healing. Whether through my words, movement, or energy, I help others soften their survival patterns, reconnect to their truth, and start again from a place of inner safety.
I do not promise quick fixes. My work is somewhat unconventional, but it works. I offer presence, depth, and a quiet kind of transformation — a space to be fully seen, felt, and truly healed.

THE TRUE MEANING OF HEALING
True healing does not come from outside—it is a journey that begins within. Across ancient traditions, the healer’s role was never to "fix" but to guide, empower, and illuminate the path to self-restoration. Throughout history, healers have been seen as intermediaries between the physical and the divine, using wisdom, natural remedies, and energy work to facilitate healing. They serve as a bridge between the seen and unseen, helping to remove the blocks that prevent the body, mind, and spirit from returning to their natural state of balance.
Healing is not linear—it is cyclical, layered, and deeply personal. It is a fat cloud sitting in the sky, claiming to be the end of the storm. It asks for patience, presence, and willingness to feel.
Since the dawn of time this wisdom has been understood and honored by various ancient cultures:
-
In Sanskrit, Ayurveda (Ancient India): A healer was called a Vaidya (वैद्य), one who understood the balance of the three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and restored health by aligning the body with cosmic energy.
-
In Buddhism, the term Kalyāṇa-mitta (Pali: "spiritual friend") is often used to describe a guide on the path to enlightenment rather than a savior. A Kalyāṇa-mitta supports others in their spiritual growth through wisdom and compassionate guidance, rather than "healing" in the conventional sense.
-
In Vajrayana Buddhism, a guru (or lama in Tibetan) guides students to awaken their inner wisdom, but enlightenment remains their own journey.
-
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (Ancient China): Healers were known as Shen Yi (医生) (divine physicians) or Da Yi (great doctors), those who harmonized Qi (life force) through acupuncture, herbs, and energy work.
-
In Taoism, the Zhenren (真人) or "true person" aligns with nature’s flow rather than forcing healing.
-
In Hippocratic Tradition (Ancient Greece) (θεραπευτής): A healer was one who worked with the body's natural ability to restore itself, following the principle of Vis Medicatrix Naturae—the healing power of nature.
-
In Latin: Medicus – Root of "medicine," meaning one who restores balance.
-
Shamanic Traditions (Indigenous & Tribal Cultures): Healers were the medicine men/women, shamans, or sages (curanderos) who communicated with the spirit world to bring healing, using rituals, plant medicine, and energetic realignment.
-
In Ancient Egyptian Texts: Healers, known as Sunu, combined herbal medicine, prayers, and sacred symbols to treat the body and soul, often working within temple healing centers.
-
In Hebrew: Rophe (רופא) – Meaning healer or one who brings restoration.
-
In Arabic: Al-Hakim (الحكيم) – Meaning "the wise one," often referring to a healer who also imparts wisdom.
These ancient understandings, which form the foundation of my work, honor healing as an inner awakening. Not something bestowed, but something remembered. Every offering of mine is rooted in this philosophy: a sacred, trustworthy container that gently supports and empowers each individual to reconnect with their own innate ability to heal, transform, and reclaim the sacred power within.
